In every business either small or large companies, it is good to acknowledge that there is harassment to employees that do experience this more often, harassment can be anywhere and well experienced by different employees in the same company. Businesses and companies who have managed to hire more than one employees face some challenges when there is any kind of harassment, we all do know that in work most of the employees are not open to talking about it but sometimes it because as the owner you are not friendly to solve their matters.
