With babies, leaks are just par for the course. Even if you use overnight diapers while baby is sleeping, sometimes they can leak right through them. In order to avoid having these leaks ruin my son’s mattress, I use the Carter’s Keep Me Dry Waterproof Fitted Quilted Crib Pad, and it works great! The pad is super soft and it really does prevent leaks from damaging the mattress. We actually have 5 of these crib pads so that we always have one ready for use, even if the laundry needs to be done. I strongly recommend this pad.

When it comes to my baby, I want everything to be as germ free as possible. While washing with hot water and soap can certainly kill a lot of germs, it doesn’t kill them all. That is why, when I wash my breast pump, I use the Medela Quick Clean Micro Steam Bags. Thanks to these bags, I can be certain that my breast pump pieces are completely sanitized. I just toss the pieces into the bag and within a few seconds, everything is nice and clean. You really can’t beat the ease of use and the powerful clean that these bags deliver.

We want our baby to wear the softest, most comfortable clothing possible, so that means that we buy her a lot of clothing that is made from organic materials. Organic materials tend to be much softer than synthetic materials. We just got her this Cow Over the Moon Sleepsuit and it is absolutely adorable! The material is super soft and the image of the cow jumping over the moon is just too sweet. Each time she wears it, we read her the nursery rhyme and point out her little cow on her sleepsuit. We absolutely love this outfit.
My Guy Loves the Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Click ‘n Learn Remote

I don’t know what it is about the television remote, but our 7 month old son is simply infatuated with it. Every chance he gets, he grabs it and presses the buttons and chews on it. We actually had to get two replacements because he loved it so much! To alleviate the problem of the stolen remote, we got our little guy the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Click and Learn Remote. He just loves it! He can click those buttons all day long, and this remote, he can chew on without damaging it. Now, he has his very own remote and he is quite happy with it.
